Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is implementing a Pharmacy-driven Medication Reconciliation Program integrating pharmacy technicians in the collection and documentation of medication histories for all admitted patients. We are seeking highly motivated and patient-centered individuals to work as Medication History Pharmacy Technicians at Arizona’s only free-standing Children’s Hospital.
