Job Description The Pharmacist Supervisor oversees pharmacy operations and manages a team of direct reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, medication safety, and efficient workflow. This role is responsible for staff training, performance development, and cross-functional communication, while supporting specialty areas such as IV operations, medication safety, or operational services.
