Pharmacist-in-Charge - Long-Term Care | Day Shift, Full Benefits Ready to step into a leadership role where your expertise truly makes an impact? As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll take ownership of daily operations, guide your team, and ensure top-quality, compliant pharmacy services--all while enjoying a daytime schedule with no weekend shifts (on-call rotation required). In this role, you will: - Lead and mentor a dedicated pharmacy team - Oversee operations and ensure full regulatory compliance (DEA, CSA, state, federal) - Develop SOPs and represent the pharmacy during audits - Provide clinical support and review orders for accuracy What we're looking for: - BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) - 3-5 years of pharmacy experience - Eligible for Iowa licensure within 90 days - Strong leader
