Clinical Pharmacist, General Pediatrics - FT - MMC
Job Description The General Pediatrics Clinical Pharmacist will provide pharmacotherapeutic support to the pediatric hospitalist team, along with inpatient pediatric oncology patients. The General Pediatrics Clinical Pharmacist will also provide as needed coverage for tasks within the Valerie Fund Children's Center. As such the role is expected to provide clinical care and support within both the inpatient and ambulatory settings.
