Pharmacy Technician
The Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist by performing assignments relative to the handling and distribution of pharmaceuticals and related clerical tasks. In addition, the pharmacy technician performs all pharmacy related functions under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist.RESPONSIBILITIES Operates the Carousel according to the work queue. This includes Automated Dispensing Machine (ADM) refills, stock-outs, critical lows, first doses, STAT doses, etc. Performs medication delivery/pick-up to and from patient care areas while adhering to the scheduled timeframes. Prepares floor stock requisitions emanating from the Carousel queue as directed by the work
