DescriptionSummary:CHRISTUS Specialty Pharmacy is hiring a full-time clinical pharmacist with a focus on rheumatology. The pharmacist will be responsible for the clinical management of patients with rheumatological conditions and will be working on-site in the Beaumont rheumatology clinic. The pharmacist will be responsible for initial and follow-up patient assessments and consultations and for proper documentation in accordance with the pharmacy's policies and procedures and URAC and ACHC standards.
