Informatics Pharmacist
JOB SUMMARYThe Pharmacist 4 is responsible for development, oversight, and documentation for specialist's area. Develops new and existing pharmaceutical care activities that are patient centered and cost-effective. Serves as a resource for pharmacists and technicians and may provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
