We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor to provide operational leadership over our 4 outpatient retail pharmacies with a current focus on workflow and efficiency. Approximately 30 direct reports. There are plenty of professional growth opportunities as we like to promote from within whenever possible. Annual compensation can go over 190K depending on years of experience plus relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are available. All candidates must have, at minimum, their Bachelor in Pharmacy and at least 5 years of outpatient, retail, or similar work environments pharmacy leadership experience.
