Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our back end Mail Order Pharmacy! Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician selects, prepares and packages medications and supplies in preparation for shipment to patients. As a Pharmacy Technician you will performs record keeping functions and assist in various inventory control processes.Job duties include: selecting, picking, packaging and labeling medications and ancillary supplies per prescriptions, under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist in accordance with the CVS specialty guidelines and pharmacy laws. Accurate counting of medications utilizing a manual process as well as any automated counting devices. Exercise proper hands sanitation and hazardous medication handling
