Overview As a member of the Fairview Specialty Pharmacy team, the Patient Financial Advocate uses superior customer service skills and a strong knowledge of insurance and third party billing to proactively investigate specialty patient coverage benefits and offer financial assistance to facilitate access to specialty medication and promote compliance.
